- Gyeongokgo is known as the restorative medicine for the royal family. It is produced from the receipe recorded in Donguibogam (Principles and Practice of Eastern Medicine), which is a book about medicine registered as the UNESCO world heritage.
- The ingredients include Wild Cultivate ginseng, Poria cocos, Foxglove and Cheju honey and is produced by boiling these ingredients in a boiled water for 7 days using traditional method.
- This particular product went through the fermentation process of wild ginseng and ginseng so it contains 1.6 times to 10.35 times more ginsenoside compared to non-fermented wild ginseng and ginseng products.
- By converting the inactive material to active material. the fermented germs from wild ginseng in the product, it produces large amount of specific kind of saponin, which has a high absorption rate. As a result, it applied the technique that can be highly effective on anyone.
